On Apr. 28, 2009, prior to Can Clean 2009, CSSA will pay tribute to the members who have excelled in giving their time and efforts to the Association over the past two years. Among the awards, the Sam Tughan Achievement Award, recognized as the highest honour in the sanitary supply industry in Canada will be presented to Jim Ferris, Ferris Agency Ltd.

Other recipients include Sam Marino, Marino Manufacturing and Don Huntington for Honourary Member Awards. The 2007 Building Award will go to Roger Manaigre, Maxim Chemicals, and Howard Rybuck, Wesclean Equipment. The 2007 Member of the Year will be presented to Bruce Rathbun, Continental Sanitary Supplies.

The 2008 Building Award will be presented to Bruce O’Neill, JohnsonDiversey and the Member of the Year for 2008 will go to Lorne Sprague, NaceCare Solutions.
