ARMA ANNOUNCES NEW RESIDENTIAL MANUAL
The Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers
Association (ARMA) has announced the publication and availability of ARMA’s
new, revised and updated ARMA Residential Asphalt Roofing Manual.
The publication is the first edition of the
residential manual since 1997. As such, it has been completely reviewed,
revised and presents a new format for ease of reading. Additionally, there are
four new chapters, including information on laminated shingles, new graphs and
charts.
The manual is the newest publication in the
continuing ARMA series of technical and product literature developed and
published on a wide range of subjects covering both low-slope and steep-slope
roofing. The overall ARMA literature inventory includes a comprehensive listing
of 57 publications covering residential and commercial roofing subjects,
including sales and educational brochures, application and design manuals,
maintenance manuals, and technical bulletins, and other materials and
information.
ARMA is the official voice of the asphalt
roofing industry, and as such, the Association’s publications and recognized as
among the most reliable source of information on a variety of residential and
commercial asphalt roofing subjects.
All ARMA publications are listed on the
ARMA web site under publications, and are available to order on-line.
Individual copies of the technical bulletins are available to download and
print off for reference at the recently-activated, newly-redesigned ARMA web
site at www.asphaltroofing.org .
