EDUCATIONAL AIR BARRIER SYSTEMS BROCHURE NOW AVAILABLE FROM HENRY COMPANY

Henry Company has released an educational brochure titled “Air Barrier Systems” that provides detailed information on vapour-permeable and non-permeable, self-adhered or liquid applied, air barrier systems and accessories. 

The educational brochure was produced by the Building Science Team at Henry to explain issues surrounding the movement of air and moisture in buildings and to decode the science involved in specifying and installing air, vapour and weather barriers. 

The brochure explains the benefits for specifying air barrier systems and profiles the problems these systems address. The brochure provides a North American climatology map that highlights the concerns associated with uncontrolled air movement through buildings for the seven distinct climatic regions of the continent. 

The brochure also has a chart of robust air barrier systems’ products so architects, contractors, specifiers and consultants can make side-by-side comparisons of product features.
