ROOFTech, The Canadian Roofing Exposition is Canada’s premier trade show on roofing technologies.  ROOFTech’s success stems from the innovative concept of showing the actual application of roofing materials within a major roofing trade show exhibit.

ROOFTech has become, according to both exhibitors and attendees alike, Canada’s major exposition of roofing products and technological change. 

CRCA has rotated ROOFTech between Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver.  For the first time in its history, ROOFTech will be moving to Calgary, Alta.  Venue for the event will be the Round Up Centre, Hall D. 

ROOFTech 2007 will feature seminars and major demonstrations. Learn about steep slope and low slope roofing systems along with some valuable insights about roofing insulation.

Attendees at ROOFTech 2007 will have the unique opportunity to observe the actual installation of various roof assemblies right on the exposition floor. The demonstrations will present a brief history on the development of each major roofing assembly, some of their features and benefits, and then provide a live application of each system. Demonstrations will showcase typical flashing details, good roofing practice techniques, as well as all-important safety precautions. A team leader will provide running commentary.

ROOFTech 2007 seminars and demonstrations are organized by the Alberta Rooofing Contractors Association and the Canadian Roofing Contractors’ Association.

Although CRCA is expecting the largest percentage of visitors to be from Western Canada, a strong attendance promotion is once again being planned across Canada and the Western United States.

ROOFTech 2007 will follow CRCA’s Annual Conference, also being held in Calgary, from Jun. 2 to 4, 2007.
